We have just moved to the area and haven't started cooking again yet and they have been a God send ...smiling faces when you walk in and a have a good day when you leave, food cooked great and they speak to everyone. Coming from where we moved from, that is huge deal! My hubby is stuck on their bacon, egg and cheese grit bowl right now......so he orders it everytime and I'm sure they have figured it out, since the bowl today was extra filled he said.... Keep up the amazing atmosphere!
They gave my daughter the wrong order. When I went back to let them know they wanted to argue instead of fixing it. The receipt is not itemized so I have no idea what I actually paid for. When I asked for a refund I was told I have to come back in the morning when the manager was in. I was supposed to get the all star breakfast. Instead I was given the 2 egg breakfast. Horrible experience. I don't usually go to this location. Never again.
Customer service was good. Food was made really fast and tasted good also a clean environment.
