8pm on a Saturday with no other customers and they casually tell me that they can't make food until the grill is cleaned... No one was cleaning the grill.
Poor management . Waited 15 minutes for table to be cleaned. 4 families came in after us, had their table cleaned and order taken before we were greeted. Waitress was Karah I believe.. she didn’t care, seemed relieved and glad we decided to go somewhere else . Either way other waitresses should have been more aware we were overlooked. Place is small, do better.
Had not been to a Waffle House in 30 years . I must say it was really good . The staff was bombarded with others but they handled business . Good food , clean , plenty of parking . I would definitely return . I’m the one who ordered wrong but they made it right . Thank you . Medium well eggs
