Ive been going to the waffle house regularly for about 4 years now and its always a great Experience!
Party of 3.. I HAD A ISSUE WITH MY ORDER . NEW YEAR EVE @ 12:45 am. SARAH was aware of the situation and addressed it correctly. THANK YOU, Sarah. I will be coming back.
The manager decided she was gonna start yelling and screaming at the staff about there performance and the people were changing shifts and shes yelling at the ones that were getting off the clock to do this and that and it was pretty rude. And when the comment that she could've handled that different she stated that we could find another waffle house to go to if we didnt like it. Very unprofessional and those staff all did wonderful but seems overly worked and greatly unappreciated by there manager. All awhile she did nothin... read more
