Hello, I am writing to make a complaint about the service I received at Waffle House Store #2217 on Airline Drive in Metairie, Louisiana this morning around 8:40 a.m. I came in to order a sandwich from the lunch menu. After I placed my order, one of the employees immediately commented, “It’s almost 9:00 a.m.” in a rude tone, as if I was supposed to change my order because of the time. Went here wit my roommate and the service was great. Unfortunately the cook messed up both of orders, so they had to be fixed. Everything turned out okay but that's pretty unprofessional.
First time patron. I am from the West Coast and have heard about this place for a long time. I had a waffle and grits. Both were delicious 😋
