Order coffee. Then had to ask for it once the breakfast. Order bacon never came when the waffles were delivered! Had to ask for it. Never brought creamer for the coffee! Never came back to ask if ever thing was Ok. The bacon was strips of fat! Also if the waitress move any slower she be going backwards. Plus $77 for breakfast for 5 people!!! Terrible Service all around!!!
Awful!!!! Never coming back! As a Chicagoan, I was excited to finally visit Waffle House on Powerline Rd. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. My family and I sat at our table for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Servers walked past us repeatedly, completely ignoring our presence. It was disheartening to see such poor customer service at a place I had looked forward to visiting. Avoid this location!
