The staff was great! They were a well oiled machine. Communication and training were on point. Food was yummy and quick. Favorite Waffle House on the Westbank.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When my party and I arrived, we were told we could not be served because it “wasn’t her section,” yet other customers who were not there before us were being helped without issue. We were ready to order and eat, but instead felt dismissed and unwelcome. The way the situation was handled made us feel uncomfortable and singled out.
