We waited for over half an hour after the time I was told our food would be ready, there were multiple people also waiting for that long, if not longer. A group in front of us had been waiting for over an hour, they were still waiting after we left. We were told by a different customer that this was a regular occurrence on weekends. If this is a consistent issue there should be an option to cancel your order and get a refund. First time eating at Waffle House... Great atmosphere, good food, and excellent service... what more could you ask for! Our server, a young A&T senior named Malcolm, was absolutely AMAZING!!!
This is by far one of the worst waffle houses I've been to. They only take to go orders after 11:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. They charge you a to go fee on top. I waiting over 10mins in the order window before anyone acknowledged I was even there. Someone took the bacon for my order and I had to wait even longer. On top of that they were going to serve me the rest of my meal cold. 0/10 would not recommend.
It was absolutely delicious and I had a great waiter.
