Good food and service
I have never been a fan of Waffle House. I am kind of a food snob. I was blown away at the atmosphere on this particular location. Right across from the Cracker Barrel (with a very long wait) the Waffle House had staff members openly discuss how great their day was, and remark on how well they all get along. Dee, and Charles stood out to me. The food was as good as anyone could expect for the price point. If on a budget, or just in the mood for the atmosphere I'd stop in again.
Although this is a typical waffle House, I must compliment our server. A. D. He was new at the job and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good meal and great service. Initially, are waffles were made incorrectly and rather than take or throw them away, they packaged them up to go for us to take as a snack. Great service!
