Customer service is terrible and they overlook you and are very short. We had to ask DREW multiple times to make an order he took my friends and then another man who came in after us and never made an attempt to listen and take my order. Even after we tried to get his attention I was ignored. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!!! Felt very discriminated against.
I've eaten in person and I've placed an order online and each time I received great service. When we sat down, they Associate wasted no time asking for our drink. Our order was taken and it came out hot and ready to eat. When I went to pick up my order, or was ready and I didn't have to wait.
This is a great Waffle House!
