Came in after my shift at 2:15 am, the cook Ryan refused to cook my food. He’s always unprofessional and always in a bad mood. Servers are great but the cook is terrible and rude to customers and servers.
To Whom It May Concern, I hope all is well on the evening of 3/5/25 @ around 6:45-7pm. A work colleague and myself visited this establishment with empty stomachs and a powerful thirst, but darn it not a soul in sight. I mean not a sign of life anywhere to be seen, lights on door unlocked but no friendly faces to be happy to take our order. I frequent this Waffle House regularly. The food is always good and the service excellent.
This has been my waffle house for two years, I believe in higien, and for the last four months I have seen an employee that is careless he doesn't tie his shoes, he doesn't wear socks, he doesn't comb his hair, he doesn't brush his teeth and literally he stinks, on our last visit he spoke over our food and we saw spit fall over our fork, this young man can do better but we will never go back. It is not his fault it's management's fault.
