The servers are always fast and friendly
Waffle House added a surcharge to cover the rising cost of eggs. Why don't they just reduce the staff to cut costs? Most Waffle House today will almost as many cooks working as they have servers. WHY? I remember in the 60s, any Waffle House would only have 1 "one" cook working and no more than 3 servers at any time. I've heard managers more than one cook just creates confusion. More than 3 maybe 4 servers on a busy day just gives them too much time for standing and talking which causes confusion
Packed, but quick. Food was tasty and hot.
