8 staff members in the building and it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my order. I had several look at me with not even a “we will be with you in a minute sir or can I get you a cup of coffee”. Sadly it was the one employee I actually saw working. She (Bea) was cleaning and washing up the dishes came over to take my order. I also do understand that it was a shift change time, but that doesn’t mean service can lack.
