Jennifer was incredible today; she was super quick and really picked up the slack from the other waitress, Maison. I loved how kind and sweet Jennifer was, making sure our table was clean and getting our food right. She's just great, and I'll definitely be back just to see her! Keep her around, waffle house!
The way they didn't even try is the worst part. I order online, because the service at this location is already bad(time wise). But didn't get the food until 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, making it a total wait of 1 hr and 15 minutes which is ridiculous because other people was getting their food, after they order in the store(to-go).
