Such an amazing Waffle House! The staff is awesome and the food is even better. This is my first time visiting Richmond and I'll be back just for this Waffle House. Everything was hot and fresh. Our server Cary was on top of it. The staff all worked wonderfully as a team to help each guest in a timely manner!!!
Food is decent, but the staff here were loud like hyenas in the crack of dawn around 5am, and I’m literally half asleep trying to enjoy my food ugh. The server needs training, she gave me hashbrowns instead of grits, forgot my syrup for the waffle too. Oh and she said they were out of plastic spoons when I asked for plastic silverware smh. By the time I finished eating, my appetite quickly left due to the noise from the staff, and I was utterly disgusted so much I didn’t even eat my waffle.
