Food was not completely cooked. Had to return waffle 2 times, 3rd is still not edible. We got a little attitude with the eyes for returning waffle.
I would consider myself a regular at this store and have had great experiences in the morning. The night crew on the other hand, NEWSFLASH- Horrible. IGNORED MY GIRLFRIEND. Didn’t serve us for thirty minutes. Tried to be understanding but it was impossible. I would definitely recommend this place in the morning but not at night. If I had a name I would expose but Monday night shift 825 pm April 20th.
I just left that location about 30 minutes ago. So lets talk about Cassandra! She is a REAL OLE SCHOOL SERVER! she went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was great. Her Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Cassandra you are A-1!!!!!!
We were literally turned away at the door because the dining room was apparently closed by a woman with extreme attitude. If you want to go here, call first.
