I actually enjoy eating at waffle House but last night my waffle House experience was horrible!!! They had 1 older gentlemen that was on the grill and he was angry!! He spoke to the waitress in such an unpleasant manner in front of ALL the guest! He was overwhelmed I get it but breathe dude?!!! Disrespect to your fellow coworker is not the resolve! He made it very uncomfortable for most of the guest that ate at the bar or top counter area!
Denise was amazing with my autistic son. She was so friendly and kind.
Even with a togo order, I have to wait 30 mins. Mind you it’s a 15 minute drive to get there. This was not a one time occurrence. So order your food an hour ahead or simply place the order once you get there, you’ll get it faster.
Food is usually always the same at all Waffle Houses. It's the service that stands out. Some workers here are just unhappy.
