I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the excessive fees that have been charged to my account. I have incurred multiple insufficient funds (NSF) charges, including fees applied to transactions that were not approved or did not successfully process. In total, these fees exceed $300, which has created a significant financial hardship for me. As a single mother responsible for supporting my children, these charges have placed an undue burden on my ability to meet essential living expenses.
