The branch manager Daniel Bennett was very helpful with my requests with our trustee account and explained everything thoroughly. It was a great first experience with a Wafd branch!
Daniel at the Austin branch is very helpful and will take the time and go out of his way to help. This should be the standard, but it isn’t.

Lizeth was incredibly polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed – she even offered me water and made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. The office is beautiful and the atmosphere is so pleasant. This is banking done right – personal, attentive, and genuinely friendly. So grateful to have WaFd here in Austin!
