Oro Valley branch manager Dana went above and beyond to help us figure out a log in problem that turned out to be an issue from years back. She and the teller were patient and persistent to determine what we needed.
Diana DeStefano helped me immensely today. I was fairly distraught over missing USPS Priority Mail that contained a payout to one of the heirs of our family trust. Diana was patient, knowledgeable, kind, listened to my concerns, made a great suggestion and acted. She helped me quickly and calmly. As usual, I received excellent customer service from your Oro Valley WaFd Branch. I just have one wish that she couldn't do for me. Please, open a branch in Alaska!
Imelda at the N. Oracle Rd. location in Tucson is fantastic! She has been so personable and helpful with bank wires, etc. I love the old fashioned service, and I'm definitely recommending both her and WaFd Bank!
