I love going into this branch. Everyone is so friendly and they are always interested in listening to stories from my travels. My husband and I attended the Halloween open house today and had a great time. The food was excellent and we had a chance to meet several other customers. They also let me take several candy bars. I’m a customer for life. Thanks ladies

I visited WaFd Marysville, WA with a question about an account that my recently deceased mother left as benificiary to myself and my 3 sisters. Diana was very helpful. I assumed in could be a long process, however I left with a check within 15 minutes. She also assisted one sister who lives out of state. I'm not a customer of WaFd bank, but I was treated like one. They arranged for the funds to be released immediately to my bank. Excellent service.
