A friendly place...with happy and professional staff.
Met Sunshine when I was helping my mom with her errands and we went to the Edmonds branch. Sunshine was so great and easy to work with I set up CDs with her as well. She is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Edmonds location- Sunshine, and Bothell Canyon Park- Phaedra have provided the best customer service I’ve experienced at Banks. Definitely recommend either location.
Love the staff here, everyone is so kind! They even open the door for me =D
