The one aspect of WaFd that keeps me there decade after decade is the fantastic customer service. My most recent experience was yesterday with Joseph and Liz who were available by phone, talked me through the new app, and did it with kindness, efficiency and professionalism. I have many other similar experiences from my many years of being a customer, and always the same fantastic service by their employees. Five starts aren't enough for this business!
