When I was looking for a bank to fit my need, I was referred to Colleen Ward at Washington Federal in Green Valley. She was very professional, very friendly, and the whole staff has been great to work with. This is a top notch bank and I have been highly satisfied going to them for my needs. I'm begin generous with one star. I went into the bank to get money that I would be transferring to a checking account in another bank. The teller was busy working with someone with an IRA, another desk was busy and 1 other person was at a desk but ignored me. After 10 minutes I left the bank.....Now I'm trying to get on line so I can transfer all of my money out of the bank.....
