I recently applied for a company loan through Adrienne Esposito at WaFd. What an easy transaction. Best part? I have her cell number and she always answers her phone. Absolutely recommend! I was approved for a LOT!

I tried to remotely deposit a check and they told me they couldn’t find the account for the check (I had deposited similar checks with the same account before no issue). I took the check into this branch and was told they couldn’t locate the account. The teller did not do any independent research and seemed to dismiss my confusion out of hand. I deposited the check at chase bank with 0 issues.
Meridian 1034 is amazing! Rachel is the absolute best. I get incredible customer service every time I come in here.
