Excellent service! They educated me in which accounts they had, their costs, their benefits...and we found the perfect account for me. Joyce and Julie were excellent in their knowledge and abilities...and together, we promptly set my account up. I'm glad to FINALLY be in a bank which is not nationwide, negligent and/or indifferent.
I have been banking at this branch specifically because of the friendly staff that have always greeted me with a smile. Originally I chose them because it was close to my place of employment but chose to stay with them even though it is currently WAY out of my area . Joyce and Jamie are the best!
I hate ATMs, especially ones that face the sun and are impossible to read. Plus I’m a Gen-Xer so I generally avoid online banking in any form. I do that because nothing replaces having a personal relationship with your banking professionals. No no no…. This is my bank. You stay away. The staff at this bank feel like friends I’ve known for over a decade. If everyone shows up and starts banking here that will cut into the time I get to spin with my banking professionals. That would piss me off. The staff here at A+, top notch, and all deserve a pay raise for having to deal with me.
