We visited on Friday and opened a CD with Ms. Bange and experienced such wonderful customer service we came back Monday to open a checking and money market accounts. We highly recommend using WaFed Bank as they truly value you as a customer.

having trouble with my credit caARD KEEPS BOUNCING CHARGES- I CONTACT LEAh in person and she tried to access but the system was down- she tried later on too by email - she tried but credit card didnt- LEAH AND STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE - IT IS THE C C COMPANY THAT HAS GLITCHES- WAFED BRANCH IS GREAT
