Dr. Hanna is my mother’s physician and has been for many years. She has always been very professional, but has a human touch. She is thorough and is always prepared when she walks in the exam room. She takes the time to explain results of any testing my mom might have had since her last visit. We never leave the office without having all of our questions or concerns addressed. I sleep better at night knowing my moms health is in Dr. Hanna’s hands.
Loves to order as many tests as possible without even knowing if insurance will cover them. I explained I could not have a generic version of my medication and she twice ordered it as a generic so I was stuck with it because it got sent to me. I was told my calcium was low and when I went to a new doctor it was explained that my calcium was too high. So for several weeks I had been taking calcium supplements. Very unorganized office.
