My family just started seeing Dr Akkad recently. She listens with care, asks follow up questions and is very thorough with her work. She checks and comments on lab tests promptly often changing medication, requesting more tests or recommending referrals. We feel like we are never left wondering or unsure of what to do because she responds quickly on MyChart. Dr.Akkad is very caring with her patients. I’ve had trouble with doctors in the past feeling like they would rush me and try to get in and out of my room. She spends time listing to me and really cares about the best solution for you. Thank you!!
Mrs. Akkad, falsely claims to have a mental health doctor, on site, within the same office. I met her, questioned her on her credentials, and she is NOT qualified for any psychological position. She may have a 2 year associates degree. Maybe a 4 year degree. To be a licensed psychologist, therapist...you need minimum 8 years of higher education. BEWARE! She's now, put on notice.
Dr. Akkad has been my primary physician for my mom 5 now and I’ve never experienced a more compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely thorough physician. Robin treated my mom like she was one of her parents. Robin was the sweetest lady I ever met. I will like to thank both of you from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my mom
