This dr is the worst ever and their secretaries are no professional at all. If I could leave zero stars I will do it . My husband has a condition with blood pressure he is been in the urgent care multiple times and nobody really help him . I want he see the dr regularly for his condition and they told me that they just are accepting new patients he is no a new patient so after million excuses they keep asking him to use the urgent care . Office: disgustingly inattentive. Doctor Elsamman: how does he have a medical degree? He saw my mother in his office multiple times as my father explained him that she was dropping on the floor and having seizures. He essentially wrote it off as a cold. Now, my mother had a 9 week CCU stay, just days after her appointments with Doctor Elsamman. Now, she is on in home hospice. All because of his negligence. He easily could have caught my mother’s illness during her appointments. Now she lays unable to move waiting to die. BEW... read more
Dr Elsamman is very knowledgeable has a great bedside manners and he gives you the time to address all your concerns.
First off, the staff is very accommodating and helpful. I called recently and my call was returned by Monica the office manager who spoke with Dr Elsamman to prescribe a medication for my wife over the phone. When she needed medical clearance for an upcoming surgery, he fit her in to see her with his busy schedule! My wife and I highly recommend him.
Wonderful, caring doctor and office staff. Takes his time. And really listens. I recommend him very highly, he truly is a diamond in the doctor world.
