I had thyroid cancer. He was my doctor. After two surgery’s and removing my thyroid they was told I didn’t need radiation. Went to my follow ups. Fast forward and he asks how radiation went… radiation? Yes…. He documented- unsure why patient didn’t have radiation… ummmm…. Dr. Wadood is the worst, most incompetent psychiatrist I’ve ever dealt with. First off I’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years and every time time we have an appointment it’s like I’m talking to him for the first time and he asks the same introductory question he asked the first time we met. Like he doesn’t remember me at all. Second, he has messed up my prescriptions so many times.
