Wadlington Remodeling just finished replacing our roof. Of the various companies that submitted bids, theirs was not the lowest, but neither was it the highest. Their bid was by far the most detailed, spelling out aspects of the job that we had not anticipated (being novices), and not specified by any other contractor, and even detailing the amount attributable to overhead and profit.
