Fix Auto Rockingham repaired my Falcon XR6 in five day's, I was kept updated on the progress on a step by step basis. When I picked my car up, it was washed and polished and looked like new. If I could give this place zero stars I would!! My insurance company told me I had to go here, as a Woolworths preferred panel beater. After organising the quote...etc. I organised to wait a month before sending my car in for repairs so all parts could be delivered, and hopefully repairs wouldn't take too long. But boy was I wrong! I was told it would take 10 days to fix and that i would get progress updates. DO NOT GO HERE! I would not recommend here if I could give it a 0 I would absolute joke they should be shut down! My parents Kia stinger was sent here by insurance after being in an accident took them minimum 6 months to fix after constant chasing with every excuse under the sun. Worst part after we finally got it back, went to Kia for a service and was told the radiator was barely mounted holding to aluminum flat bar, no brackets or nothing barley together. Disappointing! 10 weeks to have my parents car fixed. From original quote, did not change by not not having rear bumper repaired, replacement door additional $600, apparently had to be sent from over east. Constant phone calls following up. Once repaired, car not washed, after sitting in the yard for 10 weeks, front indicator not working, checked and it had not been reconnected. For nearly $5k of repairs, absolutely disgusting!!
