very caring people at the wadley clinic
I think the title says it all. I've had nothing but problems with this place. Everything from not calling in perscriptions when asked for WEEKS at a time. Actual WEEKS! To over charging by hundreds of dollars because the receptionist forgot to ask for my proof of income. I have no idea what's going on up there. They almost never answer their phones either. This office doesn't even deserve a star, they are lazy, they don't even know what a medical release is. We are treated with the bare minimum of toleration, the nurse Tasha is downright hateful. The NP instead of having someone call for information we are left in the room while she sees other patients only to have someone come tell us an hour later she had left for the day....This office is the most hateful disrespectful medical facility I have ever been to. They give QoLHS a bad name!
Excellent service, everyone was extremely helpful, the professionalism was outstanding, I would recommend to anyone. Front office personal was extremely friendly and helpful, the nurses were outstanding and Mr. West was very knowledgeable and is a true professional.

love the dr but there help is unreliable and the receptionist is unpleasant.
This office started off okay, I got what I needed, had no problems. But at my last appointment they scheduled my next appointment for four months but only called in three months worth of medication. Last week, when I had 9 days worth of medicine left, I called them asking them to call in a refill. Gave them all of my information and the pharmacy I used. They said they'd call it in. This place is worst than not having a doctor at all. The doctor changed my medican without even telling me first i found out by the pharmicey then got angry when i didnt want to take the new medicine. Doctor hell
