Have not been to this practice in over a year because the doctor thought I was rude to his staff...after the lecture and of my two cats passing away within a week the lecture was unkind and uncaring and most surly not the right time. After 31/2 years of going to a practice the professional should understand the pet parents....I may be the exception but it still in my opinion it....was the wrong approach and on the wrong day...my boy-boy and my sugar is gone
