My mother witnessed 2 receptionists make fun of a lady that could not speak English well, her daughter asked if they spoke Spanish, with an attitude they said no. Once the lady and her child left, the 2 receptionists laughed about how she couldn’t speak English and acted nasty about it. My mother was disgusted, the rest of the staff may be good but would rather go elsewhere instead of dealing with people that laugh at others and thinking they’re above others.
