Terrible experience. Went there few years ago and Dr Wadia Couldn't hide how happy she was by Yelling "YES!!!" in front of me when found out that I need a lot of dental work. Also just acted rude in general. Found another more professional dentist after that. This is not the clinic who actually care to help you. That's the place where they would be happy to get as much as they can out of your pocket.
I was originally seen by this dentist back in 2023. The only reason I left at the time was that I wanted something closer to home. But when when I wanted to come back they gave me the run around that Medi-cal wouldn't cover my exam as a returning patient. After confirming with Medi-cal that I would be covered and having Medi-cal cal them several times to tell them I was covered. They said they just don't want me as a patient. Their website is not secure and the doctors don’t care. Steer clear of places who don’t care abt their patients information being safe from hackers. They likely skip over other things too! If they get hacked you should sue bc they know of this issue but choose to neglect! HIPAA privacy privacy practices requires them to protect their patients protected health information.
Dr. Kaur Wadia is exceptional. As someone with severe dental anxiety, I’ve never felt more at ease in a dentist’s office. She was gentle, patient, and took the time to walk me through every step of my cavity fillings, which made all the difference. The front desk staff is just as wonderful—so welcoming and upbeat. The entire office radiates calm, positive energy, making it a truly comforting environment. I can’t recommend them enough!
The receptionist is a racist. I've been mistreated several times.
