I was very disappointed with the front desk experience at this office. The staff was rude, dismissive, and slow to handle basic requests. Simple questions and insurance matters took far longer than they should have, with little explanation or courtesy. A dental office should be respectful of patients’ time, and this one fell short. I have both metlife ppo and denti-cal they accept both but said they would not bill denti-cal for whatever metlife didn't cover. I do not recommend this office!
