Wadescapes just finished up a project for me today. It turned great, exactly as I had requested. They are a great company to work with. Bruce showed up and met with me to go over everything, on time and very knowledgeable. Gracie in the office followed up with me quickly with a quote, and responded to questions I had. The installers should up early in the morning got it done in a day even with it raining on and off. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left and went over caring for the plants.
We recently had an outdoor patio and firepit project completed at our home in Farragut that included retaining walls, paver patios, natural stone steps, landscaping, and outdoor lighting.- and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had such a great experience with Wadescapes!, the team was professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. They listened to our ideas, made helpful suggestions, and brought everything together even better than we imagined. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean every day. Our yard looks amazing — the new plants, stonework, and fresh lawn completely transformed the space. We’ve already gotten compliments from neighbors!
I was not satisfied with the outcome of this project. Planting was delayed. Several plants did not survive despite being properly watered and cared for, replacements were not provided. The back yard edging work also fell short of expectations, as the old plastic was left in place. Based on this experience, with a smaller project, I will not be moving forward with this company for my larger projects.
Wadescape did wonderful work for us, and we loved the crew. Matthew was professional, friendly, and did high quality work. Thanks so much!
