We had been on a 6k mile trip in our Newmar Baystar 2902 from Central Florida throughout the West with friends in their Gulfstream Motorhome. We had an issue with the main slide where it skipped a cog when extending and when retracted there was about a 2” gap at the rear of the slide. At this point we were about half way through our trip and not able to find a mobile tech or facility that could help. This RV store is your one-stop shop. We suffered some damage to our GD Solitude on our last trip, Wades is on our way home, I called ahead, dropped in, and it was all downhill from there. The folks are fantastic from the front to the back, the work they did was superb! My Solitude looked spanking new when they finished! And all in less than a week!
Thoroughly pleased with our buying experience. Jason, Charlie, and Brenda all worked together to put us in our new 5th wheel. Everyone was as friendly as you can get, and Jason even hooked us up with some watermelon 🍉 while we waited. Very pleased with our decision to swing in and take a look!
We really want to recommend Preston for his exceptional service. We flew from Seattle to OKC to view a Class C RV. Preston had sent several videos of the RV and then some more of Norman with the hotels & restaurants to give us ideas where to stay. Preston picked us up for a trip into Wade's. He was very professional with no pressure and a real pleasure to work with. We felt like we had made a friend.
