We really want to recommend Preston for his exceptional service. We flew from Seattle to OKC to view a Class C RV. Preston had sent several videos of the RV and then some more of Norman with the hotels & restaurants to give us ideas where to stay. Preston picked us up for a trip into Wade's. He was very professional with no pressure and a real pleasure to work with. We felt like we had made a friend.
Horrible experience with a consignment . They wouldn’t communicate. They didn’t winterize , or even follow through with me on it. I called to come pick my Rv up and take elsewhere. The manager begged and insisted if I drop the price he could sell it. 2 weeks later after a storm went through and ripped my slide awnings they called and asked me to come get it. Oh, during the storm they left the windows open! Now the manager filter my calls and won’t talk. Do not recommend!
Excellent RV dealer for all repairs, body work, and general maintenance. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable as they have maintained a steady staff over the years. We will be using them regularly over the coming years.
