After speaking with wade directly about my awning issue all is well again he made things a little clearer for me and they are now fixing my trailer. So thank you to wade
I took my brand new catalina in for repair on the 13th of September and finally found out today that it still has not been in the shop yet . I took in because in the rain the awning filled up with water and collapsed.... i figure it is a brand new trailer they told me everything on it would be covered . Well guess what if you get rain in the awning and it collapsed it is not covered, apparently you cant have the awning out in the rain . How sad that i spent 50,000.00 to find this out. Talk to Grant! If your buying an rv from out of state, Grant will assist you and keep you well informed. He took pictures as requested, answered my emails super fast, and I even asked for a small video, within a 30 minute period I had my video. WHO does this? WADES RV does this. 110% customer satisfaction must be a motto at Wades, never had service like this from others whom I talked to regarding my rv search and ultimately my purchase from Grant at Wades. We are very pleased to write a GREAT REVIEW for WADE'S RV located South of Norman. We had a very good experience with them when they repaired our Minnie Winnebago 2 weeks ago. They were very fair and fixed our problem. They also were very friendly and had good business qualities. We would definitely recommend them for servicing your vehicle. They also have a good selection of recreational vehicles!
It is difficult today to get any kind of customer service, it simply doesn't exist. There are no morals in business anymore. Everything is decided on whether or not they can get away with it without losing a lawsuit. For this reason I was shocked at the service I received at Wades RV in Glenpool and specifically the service from the Services Manager, Steve. I bought a used RV.
