Me and my boyfriend have only been here for a few months but it already is obviously bad. There is no communication between the office and us at all. They never answer the phone or emails, both corporate and the property manager. Not to mention that no fences are allowed, which allows our neighbors to literally lean stuff up again our trailer and trash our yard. Edit: The property manager just came over to help us and hes amazing. Hes very kind and understanding.
How dare they raise the rent over $200 for this absolutely poorly kept and managed park. Its a disgrace! NO , I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT PARK IM REFERRING TO! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Super disappointed. We called 8 different times and left multiple messages. The one time we were able to get through, the guy told us that number rang 3 different phones and assured us that our calls would be answered because of that. He proceeded to tell us to fill out the application online and call back. The application was ungodly intensive including asking for every person's social security number. My husband entered his to get past the application because it was required. I don't like giving that information out, so I ... read more
Roads need to be filled but they were attempting to fix so maybe next time won't be so bad. Quiet park Update: roads are still rough but they are a lil better. Still quiet.
