Super disappointed. We called 8 different times and left multiple messages. The one time we were able to get through, the guy told us that number rang 3 different phones and assured us that our calls would be answered because of that. He proceeded to tell us to fill out the application online and call back. The application was ungodly intensive including asking for every person's social security number. Roads need to be filled but they were attempting to fix so maybe next time won't be so bad. Quiet park Update: roads are still rough but they are a lil better. Still quiet.
How dare they raise the rent over $200 for this absolutely poorly kept and managed park. Its a disgrace
Do not move here unless you want HOA ruels and fees on top of fees getting yelled at by maintenance Staff .constant sewer and water problems unmaintained roads, constant threat of eviction. Random dogs chasing your children and crapping in your yard. you're better off at your apartment, you have to maintain your own home. Pay your own bills while they pinch every penny they can out of you. This is a out of state company.
