Losers ! Over the years, I have used U-Haul on two cross country moves, and several local moves. Overall, they have been VERY disappointing. Last week, I reserved a truck and car carrier to be picked up tonight. At 5pm one of their agents called me and told me I'd have to drive to South Lake Tahoe TOMORROW, to pick up the car carrier. The return policy at this place is HIGHWAY robbery. I spent nearly $800 on 2 guns. I have never purchased a firearm, and putting the bullets in these 22s you had to take the gun apart. I needed something realistic to use. I took them out of the box and straight back to the store the next day. The amount he was going to return was $100...out of $800, saying they were used. I literally just walked in there this morning (8/28/20) and was yelled at by a guy behind the desk that I can’t bring children inside. I’ve brought them in there a million times before. And you didn’t even give any explanation. I WILL NOT BE BACK 😁

Well apparently you can’t bring kids in the store I got stoped at the door rudely and was told I could not come in because I have my kids with me even tho there was only one other customer in the store when I stopped by I been coming here for a few years but after this I won’t be back

Even with the madness of Coronavirus going on Wades kept things moving, got me my gun and ammo and moved me on out. Super friendly and helpful guys (and a gal)!
