I've used Wade's for the past 6 years. Wade and his crew have maintained my irrigation system in tip top shape with reliable regular spring and fall servicing every year, and have responded to urgent issues (e.g. broken sprinkler heads) quickly and professionally. Invoices have always been accurate, (usually left in my mailbox the day of servicing) with a description of parts and labour costs. I have found Wade's staff, and Wade himself, to be respectful and pleasant to deal with. So my experience has been great!
I would absolutely recommend this company! Stefan did an amazing job at reconnecting some deactivated sprinkler heads in my yard that for years I had believed were not fixable. He was very friendly, personable and a hard worker. He really knew his stuff and I am super grateful for his help!
They performed unsolicited service on my property with no communication before or during the work. They did the work incorrectly, only blowing out half of the system. They then sent me a bill and several unpaid bill notices despite having requested that they stop contacting me. I would say that I regret choosing Wade’s for my irrigation… except that I never did!
Wade and his team provided excellent service and are very knowledgeable! Redid and updated our entire property’s irrigation system quickly and efficiently. When we had a problem with a stuck valve, Wade was able to get a crew out to fix the problem within a couple hours! The only company we would recommend for any irrigation projects going forwards.
The one and only irrigation service for me. Knowledge, experience, can do attitude. Always on time, always keeping seasonal calendar for what needed, stress free for me. It is very rare to find a business that does not require supervision or guidance free n the owners. Thank you for your hard work.
