, One star for communication , I had 2 times experience with them , once about solar and waited for 3 days for return call. .The second time was I rang Monday morning and got a call on Wednesday afternoon , which I missed the call. I rang back and reception wanted to know the name of the person I wanted .I did not know as I never spoke to any tradesman about my job, I just told her I did not want the service now as this is the second time ..I wanted a split system installed .I am not saying they actual service is not bad .. ... read more
Split systems serviced satisfactorily with rooftop external pumps checked and the internal filters were cleaned! Plumber even re-positioned two remotes on hooks on the wall near each aircon (instead of being on random surfaces!) - above and beyond! Very happy.
