10am to 430pm IS TOO LONG TO SERVICE A CAR!!! Although work was decent, customer service was terrible! They come off as nice but do not take your time into consideration. Got my car detailed after working overnight, never received a call that my car was ready. Constantly called their phone, no one answered. Found a way back up there just to see my car sitting there waiting and the workers sorting on their behind. Mr. Wade was not there. The best!
They were thorough and got me in and out. The only Part ai didn't like is when I asked him the price and he wanted to know was it company paid and what the maximum they would pay. That's like asking me how much you got? Unprofessional but I played along and still tipped him because of his work.
