HORRIBLE experience today at this YMCA. I feel Rosa, the woman at the front check-in, made it her mission and got some kind of enjoyment out of ruining my day. From the moment I walked in, nothing but attitude and drama. There was a block on my account, I try explaining yes I was here a few days ago and I spoke with member services right behind you and they said they were submitting a ticket to have it removed. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM REALLY BAD. WENT TO THE RESTROOM BY BASEBALL FIELD IT WAS LOCKED! Was told we could use the restroom at the YMCA...... walked up there and was told NO!!! BECAUSE, I'M NOT YMCA MEMBER!!!! I AM HERE TO DO A SERVICE FOR DEKALB COUNTY and CAN'T USE THE RESTROOM!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
