HORRIBLE experience today at this YMCA. I feel Rosa, the woman at the front check-in, made it her mission and got some kind of enjoyment out of ruining my day. From the moment I walked in, nothing but attitude and drama. There was a block on my account, I try explaining yes I was here a few days ago and I spoke with member services right behind you and they said they were submitting a ticket to have it removed.
