This sucked. Jerome was a great driver but Debbie was not. We went to Washington DC as a school trip and we hired her for from 4-9 and at 5 she said that she had worked all of her hours and left us at our hotel we didn’t even get to see the Lincon memorial and Vietnam memorial. She hit the Arlington cemetery Gaurd (the rail that goes Up and down to let people in) and didn’t even apologize. She also was extremely rude. No doubt surrounding communities of Waterford, Mechanicville & Stillwater will remember how Wade Tours continues to transport scab replacement workers across a protected strike line on a daily basis at Momentive Performance Materials. Hopefully they are making a lot of money off of it. They will have to make quite a bit to cover their business losses from lack of future ball trips, etc.

I rencently went 2 maine on ur bus line.we had james wardell he is a amazing bus driver&such a great man.r group had a lot of elderly people on ot&jim always helped them along.he was a friendly man&got along with all the people.just have 2 tell u that u have 1 hell of a great guy&a great driver.

I’m writing to complain about the bus trip to Watkins Glen. First of all, the driver seemed to spend an especially long time at each stop picking folks up, especially your headquarters. We were there for more than 15 minutes, for what seemed like no reason? I’m not sure why we stopped at a rest area that didn’t have a fast food restaurant. We spent way too long at Starbucks because they’re not staffed for bus tours. Then the bus driver actually got lost on the way to Watkins Glen. Amazing company! Stumbled upon them by accident. A large group of us was stranded at a truck stop in Modena NY, after our bus broke down. The company we had hired left us there for 6 hrs. Some drivers from Wade Tours pulled into the truck stop after finishing their shift. They heard about our plight and called their company and got permission to help us. Reasonable prices, amazing drivers, very clean and nice buses inside. Just all around a great company with great employees!
