Pedro and his team who moved me were professional and caring with all my boxes and furniture. It was the first time I moved in 30 years so there was a lot of stuff. All did not fit in my new home and the team had much patience while I made decisions on where to place things. I recommend WOW and would use them again.
I was never so disappointed with this company. They came grave me an estimate,Then they Farmed my move out to a Spanish Crew.. I will go back to using Veterans with any future moves.
What can I say? Trouble-free and stress-free move from beginning to end. Jim was very easy to deal with in setting things up, and Franklin and Henry were downright awesome on pick- up and delivery. Always a smile on their faces and a willingness to go the extra mile to make the process a less arduous one for the elderly woman whose apartment was receiving the array of furniture items. Big thumbs up!
The move from our house in NJ to CA went very smoothly. We haven't unpacked everything yet but the furniture arrived in good shape and we expect the same for our other belongings. Our driver Chris was in communication on the route west and coordinated a convenient time for us regarding delivery.
The team was outstanding, from the initial consult to the move out day. Highly recommend!
