We just moved from our home in Upper Saddle River to a smaller townhome. The WOW team priced the move very competitively. We had gotten estimates that were more than 2x the price quoted. The company sored our furniture on one of their trucks for a week between the 2 home closings. Great care was taken with our possessions. When we were first looking for movers for our move from New Jersey to Kentucky, this company sent out a representative and came in with a really good price. That was half of what the first company that we got an estimate from. the representative‘s name is Chris Finno Who never followed up afterwards, when we called Wade, Odell, and Wade, a few weeks later to ask some questions, considering them as our movers we spoke to Chris directly who never called us back. We had WOW pack and store our household goods in October 2020. Our plan was relocate from NY to TN. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a home in TN. So, we RV 'ed until July 2025. My biggest fear was to have our belongings delivered and see roaches and rat dropping. Thank God I was worried about nothing. Everything looked just like it did when it was packed. Thank you WOW for a wonderful experience.
I hired Wade Odell Wade for my move from Ramsey, NJ to Brattleboro, VT. Great price, the movers were fantastic, everything went as smoothly as possible. So thankful I went with WOW. Thanks so much for making my stressful move seamless!
Estimator, packers and movers did not communicate which cost us time and money. We were not told that exercise equipment had to be disassembled to move. Employees/workers were very good and worked hard. They had to work harder since the supervisors and estimator did not do there jobs correctly. The worst thing is that no manager or owner returned my 3 calls to discuss
