I feel heard by Dr McCullough. He is doing his best to find answers for my issues. The staff are great too.
Dr McCullough was great!! He listened to me and answered all my questions (even the dumb ones, haha). That is so important when you have a potential serious medical condition and are scared of the consequences. Thank you for hearing me!!
I personally did not enjoy my visit at all. First off, I got an email prior to visit to set up on customer portal, and code they gave me didn't even work, i specified I wanted this dr to be in same portal as St lukes, as it makes easier when they all communicate, but come to find out they have a separate portal that i couldn't get into. So i told front desk, they said "oh sorry." They gave me papers to fill put and i barely sat down before they called me back, which was great, I asked if i could email meds, and they said "no... read more
