We brought a home they built in 2016 just to find out our foundation is cracked. If it wasn’t for us getting our floors renovated we never would’ve known this and to make matters worse we were told that it looks as if it’s been cracked for atleast 3 to five years. That means our foundation only lasted 4 to 6 years. They won’t answer any phone calls when trying to contact the company and insurance may not pay for the repairs. I would give them 0 stars and recommend them only to enemies.
Stay away from this company… I only been in my home for 4 years and the inside and outside is falling apart. As much work as I need done and have already done, should demolish it and restart!
