We bought a John Deere 2025R with a 60 D drive over mower deck. Since it was delivered we’ve had nothing but trouble. Called salesman numerous times to express our concerns. Always promised to get it fixed. Nothing has been done.We seriously would like to be using this mower this summer. If anyone knows of a place that we can get it fixed we would appreciate it.

He was patient every time we came to look at something and was never pushy but did always follow up to see what we thought or let us know what they had gotten in. Hubby is an otr truck driver so our schedules are always hectic and crazy, but Jackson always worked around it.
