Avoid, avoid, avoid. My wife signed up for regular service for our pool. This only lasted a month before we had enough of their incompetence. The first person that serviced our pool vacuumed leaves directly to our skimmer and plugged up the suction line. I had an inline strainer basket right there ready to use, but they chose not to use it. It took me 3 hours to clear the line and get water circulating again. 1. This company is under new ownership as of the past year and a half.... Beware.... I've dealt with multiple issues at different properties that I own. I recently hired them to fix a pool heater. They did repair the pool heater but in doing so, they created another problem. They sent a tech back out in attempt to repair the secondary issue that they created. The issue was not resolved. They came to fix spa could not have asked for a more pleasant experience, Bryant was the tech and he was very professional, efficient and courteous would be highly recommended.

I switched from another company to Wade in the Water approximately 3 months ago. I’ve been very happy with the service so far. Sean services my pool and he does a fantastic job: checks and maintains chemicals, monitors equipment, cleans pool and basket and provides weekly chemical reports. This is a step above my last pool service company.
