I dropped off my vehicle on a Friday for diagnostics and was told I would receive a call with updates on Tuesday or Wednesday. By Thursday, I had not heard anything, so I left a voicemail. I left additional voicemails on Friday and twice again on Saturday, but received no return calls. When I went to the dealership on Monday to pick up my truck, I discovered that no work had been done. I felt compelled to leave a review given how terrible an experience I had with Wade Ford this past week. I’ve been going to them for 3 years now and have, until now, enjoyed really great service. This year I’ve noticed a massive decline in customer service. I am writing about my experience because this seems to go beyond being just a hiccup to dysfunctional communication and terribly bad customer service. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. For the service and sales teams. They started by messing up my initial preorder, then have proceeded to drop the ball constantly when doing recall and warranty work. Their communication is terrible, and they don’t take ownership for any of their mistakes. Based on the reviews it appears others are having good experiences. I guess I’m just unlucky.

Made a service appointment for Saturday morning after getting a recall notice in the Ford app. Drove 30 minutes there, to be told rudely that they don't do recall appointments on the weekend, and that you have to leave the the vehicle there 3 days only during the week. Complete waste of time

BEWARE! Lack of communication and NO INTEGRITY. Took my 2020 F-250 here due to a ticking noise coming from the engine that can clearly be heard. They threw 2 parts at it each time claiming that it fixed the noise, however it did not. Returned a third time for the same issue with video evidence of the ticking noise still present, even on the day of drop off.
