Needed a leak in my 2010 F-150 diagnosed and fixed. I worked with Josh Kern to get it sorted out and he was fantastic. Kept me in the loop on progress and made sure I got the truck back the next day. I am very happy with the work.

I recently had a hiccup surrounding my quarterly oil change at Wade Ford service that left me really frustrated. I spoke with Fred, the Service Director to arrange my return and I can’t say enough good things about the excellent customer service I received. Earl provided a fabulous and welcoming first experience at this service center! The vibe is giving professional and caring immediately - nothing sketchy. I most appreciated that Earl recommended what I needed, not the up-sale. He listened and didn’t condescend me for being a female. He treated me like an equal. So refreshing, especially when you’re in for a quick oil change. 15/10!
